Shipping Policy

We ship via air to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. A flat delivery fee of ₹89 applies on your entire order.

We are a stickler for keeping our word and hence we only work with the best in the industry to entrust them with our delivery promise to you across India.

An email would be sent as acknowledgement of the purchase.

All orders placed would be processed within 24-48 hours from the time of order placement and delivered with 5 to 7 business days.

An email enclosing tracking details for your order would be shared once your order is shipped.

(We don't ship internationally as of now.)

Address Changes

Customers may request a change in delivery address within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting Flex Cookie support (hello@flexcookie.in) with the order ID and updated address.

Address changes are subject to order status and courier feasibility. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders where an advance or confirmation amount has been paid, the amount will not be refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or is unavailable after a valid delivery attempt.

This amount helps cover order processing, packing, forward shipping, return-to-origin, and payment handling costs.

Delivery Partner Delays

We use Delhivery and other third-party courier partners for shipping orders across India. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, delivery timelines may sometimes be affected by courier delays, local restrictions, weather conditions, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or other operational issues outside Flex Cookie’s direct control.

Flex Cookie will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier partner after the order has been handed over for shipment. However, we will actively support the customer by raising escalations with the courier partner and following up to help get the order delivered as soon as possible.

Cancelation Policy

In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so, any time before your order is dispatched. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Since the bundle would be made exclusively for you, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order once the order is dispatched from our end.
